CISF Exam Pattern

The latest CISF sports‐quota HC (GD) recruitment (Sports Quota‑2023) is a two‐stage process. In Stage‑I candidates undergo sports trials and physical tests, and Stage‑II is a medical exam. According to the CISF notification, Stage‑I comprises: (a) Trial Test (sports trial), (b) Proficiency Test (sports performance), (c) Physical Standard Test (PST), and (d) Documentation/verification.
